NSW EE Award

The Award recognises individuals in NSW who show outstanding abilities to raise the level of environment awareness in the community and who provide leadership, innovation and inspiration to others thus contributing to quality environmental education.

The award originated through AEE NSW, with the first award winner in 1981 no other than Allen Strom. The last award under the AEE NSW banner was awarded in 1999. From 2000 the award has been managed by the NSW regional Environmental Education group running the conference for that year and has been awarded in 2000/01, 2002 and 2004. From 2006 the Award has been managed by AAEE NSW.
