Vision into Action - 2006 NSW
Environmental Education Conference

The 2006 NSW Environmental Educators conference was a great success with over
100 participants from across the NSW.
The conference provided a state wide forum on the challenges, demands and
opportunities currently facing environmental educators in NSW.
Congratulations to Shellharbour City Council, especially Tuesday Heather, and
GEMS for organising a wonderful event !!
NSW Launch - Decade of Education for
Sustainability - 18 Nov, 2005
The United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (DESD)
provides an opportunity to focus on the global implementation of Education for
Sustainable Development (ESD).
The workshop invited all stakeholders to work together to establish a vision and
broad directions for the Education for Sustainable Development for the Decade in
NSW.
