In the lead up to our 2019 AGM on 3 October 2019, we are seeking nominations from passionate AAEE NSW members to join our NSW Executive Committee in 2019/2020.
Volunteering on the AAEE NSW Executive Committee is a great opportunity to contribute to the health and vibrancy of our NSW chapter, gain an insight into the workings of your professional association and help us deliver projects and programs to achieve our 2018-2021 Strategic Plan.
Lots of exciting things are coming up in 2020 for AAEE NSW including:
- growing our network of partners to increase the reach of our projects
- investing in our staff team of passionate, experienced educators and Project Coordinators
- embedding and expanding the reach of Take Me Outside NSW
- continuing to grow Sustainable Schools NSW, and more!
Executive meetings are web-based (using Zoom web conferencing) and regionally-based members are encouraged to apply. Currently, Executive Committee meetings occur every 8 weeks and are 2 hours in duration.
